Formed in 2003, Vale Property Solutions Ltd is an experienced team of kitchen and bathroom fitters that primarily serves domestic customers in and around Brighton & Hove. As specialists in kitchen installations, bathroom installations, shower room installations, kitchen renovations and project design work, we can take your home to the next level. With 100 years of combined experience, our family-run business has an in-depth understanding of our industry and the clients we work with.
Full bathroom renovation
Alex and team were excellent: full of ideas and suggestions when we needed them but focused on giving us the renovation we wanted, respectful of the rest of the house, very easy to communicate with and prompt in finishing the work: none of this nonsense where tradespeople start the job and then take ages to finish it because they've moved on to start something else! Very good also at going through our (minor) snags and achieving the finish we wanted. Recommended.

nothing was too much trouble. the whole job ran smoothly and was completed on time and on budget. would recommend and we are planning

I wanted a new bathroom designed and fitted
I moved and needed a new bathroom. I hadnt done this before and was nervous as I didn't know what I was doing. Alex was fantastic from the start. We discussed what I liked and my budget. I sent him pictures of the tiles and units that I liked. Alex then sent me a shopping basket that I could change if I wanted to. I didn't as I trusted his expertise and I'm so glad I did! The communication was great throughout. The tradesmen arrived on time, they were polite and professional. They were neat, tidy and respectful. My bathroom is more than I could have dreamed of.
Kitchen Fit Out
Alex and his team did a fantastic job in getting our kitchen fitted. Whilst it was a frustrating project (due to external issues with the kitchen supplier), they managed to get the job done well in the end and overcame any obstacles that we faced! Alex was always friendly and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!
I would thoroughly recommend Alex and his team. We needed a complete modernisation of a very old, dilapidated bathroom. This entailed stripping back the walls, replastering, redoing the electrics, relaying the floor, tiling, and installing a new shower, bath, basin and toilet and other equipment. Alex advised on the planning, and kept us informed and consulted at every stage. The guys in his team were careful and friendly and were sensitive about working in our home. The work was of a high standard and we are delighted with the result.
Alex and his team removed my old kitchen and fully fitted a new one to a slightly altered layout. All the different trades were very friendly and did an excellent job and I always knew when to expect them. Alex provided a detailed quote and let me know the few times things were going to be extra. I would happily recommend them!
Alex and his team were all brilliant. The Kitchen was completed to a high standard, on budget and in the time frame promised. Even though Alex was in hospital for some of the time, he continued to manage the project efficiently so this had no impact on the job. Glad to see that he has made a full recovery.
